Our Expressive Art Projects provide mothers with an outlet for creativity during the important life events of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.  Each individual project, from painting to crafting, is a time for contemplation of the issues of motherhood. The opportunity for creative self expression, as well as the discussions that develop around the creative art projects, are major draws for mothers, even if they had not previously had art experience. The creative outlet of artistic expression helps new mothers to develop their parenting style in a safe and supportive environment.

We host regular public exhibitions of our works, which have included painting projects, book art, printmaking, quilting, and stained glass.
